Are your signs engraved, stenciled or vinyled on?
All our signs are engraved, if you would like a sign to not be engraved please contact us.
I would like to order something but I need it in a week, is that a problem?
If you need an order completed prior to the current turnaround time, please contact us. We try to accommodate all request with no extra fee, however there are times where we might not be able to accommodate, such as the holiday season. Expedited shipping fees may still occur unless order is picked up.
If I'm interested in a sign but want modifications, can it be done?
All our products can be customized to your needs, including size, shape, and colours. We can also add, remove or change the words to suit your needs. For any sign that you would like changed please contact us prior to ordering.
Is this something you can do?
We are able to engrave or do cutout signs, along with items up to 48 inches (121 cm), however we have the ability to create a variety of things out of wood. If you have an idea of something you want, please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.
Can you do other colors?
While we have a wide variety of stains and paints, if there is a specific color you are looking for that we don't have, we can arrange to get it. Extra fees may apply.
What type of wood do you use?
Depending on the request we use a variety of different wood. Pine, Baltic Birch or in some cases MDF.
Are your products finished?
All our products come finished with multiple coast of a water based UV resistant polyurethane.
For signs that will be used outdoors, they are finished using 4 coats of spar urethane.
Can I hang my sign up outside?
All signs are finished for indoor use unless specified, if you would like to have a sign hung up outside please contact us before placing your order. This is so we can apply the spar urethane. Extra fees may apply.
My product is not exactly what I ordered, how can we fix this?
Should you not be happy with the final product, please contact us and we will work on a case by case basis to ensure you are happy.
All wood takes stain differently, whether it be pine or Baltic Birch, we try to match up the color as close as possible to what has been ordered.
The stain is not what I was expecting and does not look like the picture.
There are a number of reasons that could cause this,
- Cameras don't take pictures the same way, there could be variations do to lighting or the outdoor elements
- Every computer screen, tablet and mobile device can display colours different
- Every piece of wood takes stain differently, which could cause variations on the colour
Pickup, shipping, deliveries and returns.
Pickups: Can be done at our home shop in Mercier, Qc. We also have pickup locations in LaSalle and the west island to assist our clients. We are actively working on a pickup location for the east end also.
Shipping: All our products can be shipped at the cost of the buyer. Shipping will be done using Canada Post, however if you require express shipping please contact us and we can arrange this with our suppliers. A tracking number will be provided once shipped. If a package is lost or does not arrive please contact us so we can work with the transporter. For international orders, buyer will be responsible for any taxes and duties.
Deliveries: We generally don't do deliveries, however if it's during the holidays, we can try to setup a meeting place to accommodate everyone.
Returns: All custom orders are final. Should there be a problem please contact us. All regular items in our store can be returned at the buyers expense within 7 days of receiving the product, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
